Welcome and Introduction: A minute to introduce ourselves and get acquainted.

Paperwork and Confidentiality: You’ll start by filling out some initial paperwork. This includes providing your contact information, medical history, and signing consent forms. We take your privacy seriously, and all information shared is confidential and protected under strict privacy laws.

Your Story: I will invite you to share what brings you to counseling. This is your time to talk about your current issues, past experiences, and any specific goals you have. Don’t worry about having the “right” thing to say—just speak openly and honestly.

Be Honest: Share your thoughts and feelings openly.

Ask Questions: Don’t hesitate to ask about anything you don’t understand.

Set Goals: Think about what you want to achieve through counseling.

Policy Details

Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling

Notice Required: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need.

Late Cancellations

Definition: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are considered late cancellations.

Exceptions

Emergency Situations: I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please inform me as soon as possible.

Payment and Fees

Payment for Cancellation Fees: Any fees incurred due to late cancellations or no-shows will be billed to you and must be paid before your next appointment.

Insurance: Please note that cancellation fees are not covered by insurance and will be your responsibility.

135 include GST for 50 min

175 include GST for 75 min

225 include GST for 50 min couple
